REVIEW: Little Tikes Stroll n Go

A few months ago we were kindly sent the Little Tikes Stroll 'n Go to try out and our recent holiday in Hampshire was the perfect opportunity to try it out. Firstly, it's so much more compact than our travel system, which was ideal for going on holiday. We actually wouldn't have been able to fit everything in the car if we hadn't swapped our travel system for the Little Tikes Stroll 'n Go! It's very lightweight and folds away in seconds, a bit like an umbrella, making it the perfect stroller for nipping to the shops or trips to the park. Our travel system has two parts and though it's easy to set up it's not very quick or convenient. I have to take a wheel off it to fit it in my Ford Fiesta, but there's no such issue with this Little Tikes stroller - added bonus!

Prior to trying this stroller out I had a preconception that strollers were generally a bit uncomfortable for babies and very basic. But I was proven wrong on all accounts by the Stroll 'n Go - It has...
  • A comfy padded seat
  • Multi position recline
  • 3 shoulder strap positions
  • All round suspension
  • Front swivel wheels for easy manoeuvrability
  • One hand umbrella fold with a carry handle
  • Comes with a raincover
  • Large basket underneath
  • Extendable leg rest and fixed foot rest
  • A convenient pocket on the back of the hood
Far exceeding my expectations and has completely transformed my opinion of strollers. Isabella is more than comfortable in it for days out and she loves facing forward (even if I miss seeing her face).
However, there are certain aspects of the Little Tikes Stroll 'n Go that are worth considering:
  • The basket underneath is a brilliant size, but it's hard to get access to when the seat is in it's fully reclined position.
  • We couldn't easily use our changing bag with this stroller. It is too big to easily fit in the basket (and wouldn't be hard to access if was in there) and made pushing the stroller hard when it was hanging on the handles. We solved the issue by using a backpack instead, which was fine but just worth noting.
  • I wish there was a window in the canopy, so that you can see your child when it's covering them. Yes, I'm that mum who doesn't want to their her eyes off her child.

Overall, we couldn't be happier and are so impressed with the Little Tikes Stroll 'n Go. It has made holidays, days out and quick trips to the shops so much easier and I'd highly recommend it to anyone!

Did you downsize to a stroller from a travel system?

  1. This looks fab! We need a new stroller so I'll have to check this out as you seem really happy with it. I'm the same though, I will miss Lily facing the other way! X X

  2. Looks like a great lightweight stroller. I always find the baskets on this type of pushchair a pain to access though! Thanks for linking up with #TriedTested

  4. This looks great, I like the grey colour and a good size shopping basket is a must for me. I could do with a stroller for my daughter, I currently have a tank of a travel system!
