It's no secret that I'm such a huge fan of Christmas, the fact that we all celebrate it together means the excitement can get out of hand sometimes! I can't wait to start fully decorating the new house we've moved into, as it will be the first Christmas here. This new house has a couple of fireplaces, which I love, as I was growing up we've always lived in old houses with fireplaces so I find them such a central point in any room. I just think that decorated mantelpieces just look perfect during the Christmas period.
