My grandparents live down in Devon, so we thought we'd make the most of being down there and introduce Isabella to them. It's so lovely seeing other people show their love for Isabella, it means the world. We had a delicious lunch and catch up, before heading back to the cottage. On the way back we decided to visit Sandymouth beach, which was only 5 minutes away from our cottage in Kilkhampton. Sandymouth is a gem of a beach, it does have a pretty steep hill down to it but once you're there it's stunning. Vast areas of soft sand, pebbles and rockpools - plenty of places for children to explore. We meant to go back later in the holiday with a picnic but ran out of time, so that's on the list next time we visit Cornwall.
