REVIEW: EarlyBird Daily Snack and Tea Box

EarlyBird are a fun, creative company that have developed a fantastic Taste Box*, which cleverly brings together food, music and art. Each EarlyBird Taste Box is filled with five snacks (one for each day of the working week, if you're disciplined enough to wait), unique tea, beautiful artwork and a chance to discover new music.

The artwork is beautiful and such an original feature for a snack box. This week's box included this stunning drawing of a monkey, which I could imagine would look lovely cut out and framed. It's such a nice idea to give artists a chance to showcase their work - I just wish I was more of a 'natural' when it comes to drawing/painting!

The range is snacks is seriously impressive, including: BBQ Peas Shot, Berry Balls, Berry Brownie Shot, Biscuit Bass, Bollywood Sticks, Corn Shot, Curry Lime Popcorn, Early Jerky, Flippin' Hot Olives, Peanut Butter Jelly etc.

In the Taste Box I received there was Amuseli Sprinkle, Sweet Cherry Sour, Snockers, Milky Berry Shot and Sweet Red Pepper. They are so perfect for nibbling on and the combinations are really tasty! My favourite was the Sweet Cherry Sour - it felt like such a treat!
I also had a really refreshing Mint Lime Tea and a classic English Breakfast Tea. I'm usually someone who sticks to English Breakfast Tea and doesn't experiment. But I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of mint and lime in a cup of tea. As it's served with no milk it was a lot more refreshing that my usual cup of tea.
I love the convenience of the Taste Box - it contains five perfectly proportioned snacks, two different tea bags and all of the nutritional information you'd want to know about the snacks. As a parent I'm all up for quick, easy but tasty snacks that I can chuck into my changing bag, eat on the go or with a hot cup of tea (if I'm lucky!)

EarlyBird call all of their customers 'TasteMakers' because they have a chance to influence EarlyBird's products, whether that be through snack ideas, contribute artwork or be part of the EarlyBird Studios. This is one of the unique features of this company - a chance for the YOU to influece future Taste Boxes!

You can order your first Taste Box for only £1 and because it is easy to pause or cancel your subscription this is the perfect way to try it for yourself!

What's your favourite feature of the EarlyBird Taste Box?

  3. This sounds great, I used to get the Graze Boxes but lost interest after a while and you don't get a drink or art with them either!
