SHOPPING: Aldi Baby and Toddler Event April 2019

It's back!! The very popular Aldi Baby & Toddler Event is back online from Sunday 21st April and instore on Thursday 25th April 2019 with everything you need for your little one from travel cots to dribble bibs. As always, it's the perfect opportunity to save some money, pick up the essentials and even the odd treat or gift. We often do our weekly food shop in Aldi and I absolutely love browsing those infamous middle aisles for gifts, treats and/or essentials. Have you even been shopping in Aldi if you don't come home with a shopping trolley full of random purchases?! But as a parent to two young children and another on the way the Aldi Baby & Toddler Event is a must-visit event for us. It's always so exciting to see what they'll have each time, as well as to stock up on nappies and wipes. I've been very lucky this time and have been given a sneak peek as to what the April 2019 Baby & Toddler Event has to offer.
As summer is quickly approaching and the sun is starting to shine we can all start planning those much loved outdoor adventures again. If, like me, you have a toddler who prefers to walk but isn't safe to do so on their own then the Aldi Toddler Reins Backpacks (£6.99) are perfect for encouraging them to stay right by your side. They come in a range of fun designs, including this ladybird one, a bee, dinosaur and pineapple.

While discovering the outdoors having suitable footwear is essential and these Children's Trainers (£5.99) are designed with children in mind. They are available in blue or pink, have removeable insoles and elastic laces so that your little one can slip them on and off easily.

The summer sees a lot of us head away on holiday, whether that be abroad or at home and luckily Aldi have all of the travel essentials covered. Their Lightweight Travel Cot (£34.99) is perfect for weekends away or for keeping at relative's houses because it is easy to pop up and pack away, it wipes clean, doesn't require any tools, comes complete with a padded mattress and carry bag too. They also have a Travel Chair (£16.99), which is easy to assemble, includes a strap to keep your child secure and the removeable dishwasher-proof tray makes cleaning up even easier. We used something similar with Poppy at every picnic we had last summer and it was so convenient. She had somewhere safe and secure to eat her food and we had peace of mind knowing she couldn't crawl off anywhere.
The much-loved BabyBjorn Baby Carrier (£44.99) is also going to be available at the Baby & Toddler Event, which is actually the carrier we used with Isabella when she was first born. It's sturdy, easy to use and your baby can be either forward facing or facing outwards (from 5 months). This carrier will only be available online.
One item we always pick up during these events is the Mamia Baby Wipes Multiple Sensitive 12 x 64 pack, which is an impressive 768 wipes for only £5.89. The quality is like no other, they don't all pull out at once, have just the right moisture levels and keep nappy rash at bay. I can't recommend them enough! They will also have a Travel Pack of Wipes, which are 4 x 24 wipes per pack; the ideal size for throwing in your changing bag, packing for holidays or saving for emergencies.

Below are some of the other items that will be available during this Event:

Are you hoping to pick anything up in the Aldi Baby & Toddler Event April 2019?

  9. Childrens place is my love for baby shopping. I get coupons from them all the time and they always have great deals when I come in. Deals like “buy 2 get 1 free” And “ children's place coupon code 30 off ” are what make me save a lot of money everytime I shop there.
