OUTFIT: Oh we do like to be beside the seaside...

There's nothing like a trip to the seaside to bring out the holiday feeling, in fact as I'm writing this the sun is blaring in through the window - I'm feeling so happy! When we made our day trip to the beach at Cromer I decided to wear one of my new Primark purchases (see the whole haul here). This style dress has become quite a staple in Primark, with varying patterns and prints. I think I now own 7 or 8 different patterned dresses of this style. They're only £8 each, which is such a bargain and the fit suits my figure well. I'm also wearing a black cardigan from Marks & Spencer's (£18), tights from F&F at Tesco (£6), black ballerina shoes from Primark (£4) and this gorgeous tan shoulder bag from TK Maxx (it was a gift so I'm unsure of the price). This handbag is so sturdy and you can fit a surprising amount in it - it's perfect for when you don't want to lug around a handbag filled with everything bar the kitchen sink!

OOTD: Stars. Stars. Stars.

 Recently I've been living in dresses and a small number of my favourite dresses at that! As I don't have much time in the morning to 'plan' what I'm going to wear I always seem to go with the familiar outfits. Last weekend I thought I'd dig those black jeans out that have been neglected over the last couple of months! This star blouse Tom actually bought me for my birthday this year, it's so comfortable and just easy to wear. It is slightly longer at the back and has an oversized feel to it, ideal teamed with skinny black jeans.

 

The only issue I have with the shirt is that I HATE things near my neck - collars, jumpers, necklaces that are too tight etc. It just makes me feel so constricted and like I can't breath - drastic I know!

OOTD: Daisy's in the Autumn

This style dress has become a staple in my autumn/winter wardrobe, in fact I have the same dress in 5 different patterns! It's from Primark and for only £8 you can't really do wrong. I'm also wearing another bargain but from F&F at Tesco's, this super warm and thick blue cardigan was reduced to only £10. I simply couldn't refuse it! It's so warm and soft, perfect for wrapping up now its freezing cold outside. F&F has such a lovely range of clothes that are suitable for a variety of occasions, I'm always popping in to have a browse.

 

 

 

This elephant print scarf has become my favourite outfit accessory, I've been wearing it almost everyday since I bought it. It was from one of those cheap, quickly set up shops in a shopping centre - the ones that don't even have a sign! I don't think you'd guess it's from that kind of shop and at only £3 it was a bargain too.

 

 

 

Still rocking my new Casio watch, which was originally featured in this post. It's just so convenient and I love the retro feel of it!

I'm absolutely loving these slightly cooler days, some of my favourite outfits are summer dresses with a snuggly winter jumper over the top. I've worn this outfit to work a couple of times as it's so comfy and warm! I bought the earrings from Forever 21 in LA, I really wanted to get something and only had about 5 minutes! Nothing like shopping under pressure!

Perfect dress for work or play from H&M ♥

I am always trying to find outfits that are suitable for work and play, it saves money! A lady at work was leaving so we were planning on going out for a meal at Prezzo. I don't usually buy a new dress for an occasion like this but I hadn't bought a new dress in a while, so thought why not?! I found this lovely dress in H&M for only £14.99! H&M is amazing for stylish pieces that don't break the bank.

 

I've teamed it with a Marks & Spencer's Black Cardigan £18, Black Leggings from Primark £3 and Studded Sandals from Dorothy Perkins £25.

(Apologies for the squinty eyes - it was really bright!)

TK Maxx White Summer Dress - too risky?!

So I took the plunge a couple of weeks ago and bought a WHITE dress!! I am known for being a 'messy pup', which doesn't bode well for owning a white dress! But as I'm naturally pale I'm always looking for easy ways to accentuate my 'natural' tan. White clothes always make you look tanned, so I thought I risk it and I'm pleased I did :) I love the textured material of this dress and it's not your typical see through white dress, as it has a second light layer of material underneath. It's from TK Maxx and was in the sale at £14.99! The actual brand of the dress is Fun and Flirt. I teamed this dress with a coral cardigan from Primark (£6), leggings from Dorothy Perkins (£5) and my trusty gold sandals also from Dorothy Perkins (£20). For a bit of a summery feel the flower clip in my hair was from H&M and were 2 for £1.99 :)
