REVIEW: MOO.com Blog Business Cards

A while ago now I was invited to my first ever VIP event as a blogger (see post here), such an exciting time! For the first time I thought about maybe getting some blog business cards, so that I could let people know about my blog. Up until that point I would never mention my blog to anyone while I'm out and about and only a small number of my friends knew about it, so the idea of actually telling people face to face was quite daunting!

After asking on Twitter (follow me @Treasure_E_M) about blog business cards and where the best place to get them from was, I was inundated with fellow bloggers recommending MOO.com. I hadn't heard of them so I did a bit of research and was seriously impressed with what I saw and heard.

MOO.com offer a range of personalised products, including business cards, luxe business cards, stickers, post cards and greeting cards to name a few. One of the brilliant features on MOO.com that I love is that you can completely personalise your business cards! This allows you to completely showcase your personality and design of your blog through your business cards. However if you don't want to design your own business card then you can use one of the MOO.com designs, including...

Polaroid

Vintage Typewriters 1

Simple Sketches

Classic Cameras

Jo Askey

There are over 330 different designs to choose from, so choose certainly won't limit you!

I decided to have a go at completely personalising the business cards I ordered from MOO.com. I used PicMonkey to create an image for the front and back of the business card, this was very time consuming but satisfying when I had eventually created the final look! I wanted the design of them to completely reflect the design of my blog, so I used the same background and images. My biggest piece of advice is to check, check and check the information on the back of the business card. I nearly had them printed with the wrong email! The information you want to include on your business card is obviously completely up to you.

I choose to include:

My name
Blog's name
The type of blog
Blog URL
Twitter name
Email address

I was impressed with how easy it was to upload the images onto MOO.com too. I ordered 50 business cards, which come in a smart black container to keep them in, very useful for having them in your handbag! Including delivery they cost around £17, so not the cheapest option but the quality you get is outstanding. The cards are sturdy, there weren't any pixilation issues, vibrant colours and a lovely matte finish.

Here are the finished product...

Have you got blog business cards?
