CRAFT: Hand decorated Personalised Christmas Wrapping Paper

As I'm still on maternity leave I really want to put that extra bit of effort into Christmas this year. It all started with an evening on Pinterest (we all know how dangerous that is!) and ended in a large amazon order with an even larger to-do list! At one point I was going to make my own polka dot brown paper wrapping paper - who was I kidding?! As if I'd have time to hand stamp on each individual polka dot onto all of the wrapping paper we'd need for presents. So I've settled on a quicker, easier and cheaper way of personalising and hopefully making our gifts look extra special this year.

To create this easy Christmas wrapping paper you'll need:

Bakers twine

All you need to do is wrap your present as you usually would, then using the sharpies you can draw on whichever design takes your fancy. It's quick, doesn't require any drying time and an affordable way of completely personalising wrapping paper for your family and friends.

Your gifts will go from this...

What design would you draw on your presents?

  2. They look amazing! I tried doing my own wrapping paper and failed miserably, wish I'd gone with the Sharpie idea as it's clearly much simpler and more effective :)
