FAVOURITES: July 2015

I've never done a 'favourites' blog post, though I watch and read so many of them at the end of every month. So I thought I'd jump on the bandwagon and share with you the things I've been loving during the month of July. My favourites will include anything - from make up to baby products to places to clothing. On with my favourite things of July, in no particular order...

1) Little Dandies Personalised Babygrows* - Little Dandies is a company started by two sisters, who after having children wanted to create quirky, bright animal printed baby clothing. I love all of their designs and the fact that you can personalise the babygrows, t-shirts and cushions with your child's name is such an original idea! All of their products are also printed in the United Kingdom.
2) Alice & Amelia newyoungmum.com blog - If you love craft, baking, days out and cute photo's then you'll love Alice's blog. Her Instagram is also filled with the cutest pictures of her adventures with her daughter. I made her recipe for Chocolate & Strawberry Mini Tarts this month and it's incredible - to the point that I made it twice in two weeks! You should definitely go over and check out her blog.

3) Floral Wigwam from allsorts shop (£59.99) - Since having tipi's at our wedding I have dreamt of Isabella having her own little tipi to play in. Now obviously she doesn't need one quite yet, as she's far too young but it didn't stop me getting her one! After a lot of shopping around I settled on this floral wigwam from allsorts shop. The exact same wigwam is sold on various other sites for up to £150! Allsorts shop was the cheapest place I found it, so it's well worth doing a bit of research before buying one.

4) Vintage Azul Tiles - Our kitchen is starting to come together now and we have picked the tiles to go behind the cooker. I've been obsessed with these tiles since seeing them in IKEA, I'm so happy we managed to hunt them down. I love the Moroccan feel they have and the way they match so perfectly with our kitchen cabinets.
5) Lost Frequencies - Are You With Me song - I absolutely love this song, it's definitely my summer song. It just makes me feel relaxed and I imagine lying on a beach looking at the clouds passing by, listening to this song.

6) Relaxing bath - this month I managed to have my first relaxing bath since having Isabella at the beginning of April! It was so nice to have half an hour to apply a face mask, listen to music and read a magazine. I have to say though, I did miss Isabella for that half an hour - I have some serious manning up to do before I have to return to work next year!

7) Sanctuary Spa Daydream Candle - I was given this by my work colleges when I went on maternity leave and it smells so good! I now associate the smell with those last weeks before giving birth, as I would burn it while having a bath or listening to a relaxation app. I love it when a smell reminds you of a time or place.
8) Marks and Spencers Sweetcorn, Chilli & Coriander Dip - This stuff is incredible. It goes perfectly with tortilla chips or any kind of Mexican food, I've never had anything like it before. In fact the whole dip range at M&S is pretty impressive and super tasty.

9) Lost and Found by Oliver Jeffers - Reading a book to Isabella before she goes to bed is such a special time of the day. Admittedly we often don't make it through the whole book, however those few minutes together are so lovely. Isabella now likes to turn the pages and looking at all of the bright illustrations. My favourite book this month has been Lost and Found, the story is adorable and the illustrations in all of Oliver Jeffers books are just incredible. Well worth a read if you haven't yet!

10) Balance Me Radiance Face Oil - Anything that is going to help give me radiance, rather than the dull/tired look I usually have, has got my approval. I've been using this face oil at night and it's been really helping my dry skin. I'm not sure how much radiance it adds to my skin but it keeps it hydrated and is very quick to apply, so I'm happy.

What have you favourite things been this month?

Feel free to leave me a comment :)
