RECIPE: Ginger Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies

These cookies are slightly different to the usual chewy texture I go for, they're soft and truly delicious, which is a nice change. The Seed and Bean Just Ginger Dark Chocolate adds just the right amount of warming richness to these buttery cookies. I like to leave the chunks of chocolate pretty big, but you do whatever you prefer - adding another type of chocolate to counteract the richness of the dark chocolate would work really well too.

RECIPE: Churros with Sea Salt and Lime Chocolate Sauce

Churros are typically served with a nice, dark chocolate sauce however when I received this Seed and Bean Sea Salt and Lime Milk Chocolate I knew it would be perfect! It's a sweeter alternative yet the hit of lime and slight saltiness really helps to cut through the fatty churros. This sauce can also double up as a very luxurious hot chocolate, the kind you find on the ski slopes of Italy. Thick, creamy...the best kind of hot chocolate if you ask me!

RECIPE: Mandarin and Ginger Dark Chocolate Molten Mug Cake

The combination of tangy mandarin, warming ginger and rich dark chocolate makes this mug cake simply divine. The thing I love about mug cakes is their simplicity, small amount of washing up and speed they can be whipped up. Some I've tried have been rather rubbery in texture, but by using high quality artisan chocolate like Seed and Bean it creates a moist sponge with a molten chocolate sauce. Simply heavenly.

RECIPE: Lemon and Poppy Seed White Chocolate Blondies

Seed and Bean have created an exciting range of Fairtrade, vegan and organic artisan chocolate that is handmade in England. They have an array of flavours in Extra Dark Chocolate, Fine Dark Chocolate, Rich Milk Chocolate and Creamy Milk Chocolate, such as Coconut & Raspberry, Chilli & Lime, Lavender, Mint, Coffee Espresso, Raspberry & Vanilla, Lemon & Cardamon and Tangerine to name a few. As you can see their flavours are unique and perfect for adding a delicious twist to your baking. Which is exactly what I've done for this recipe for Blondies, the white chocolate version of brownies if you're not familiar with them. So tasty!
